The GEKKO wafer baking system is designed as a complete line which does not require coordination between different suppliers and matching of interfaces. It consists of a batter mixer, a baking oven, a wafer-sheet cooler, a spreading machine, a wafer book cooler and a wafer book cutter. A hollow wafer line contains after the spreading machine also a sandwiching device.
The standardized configuration allows to have all parts on stock which ensures short delivery times. This line is a cost-efficient possibility for enlarging the product range or entering new markets.
